Astrid lives in France with her husband and four children and speaks French and English. She earned a first-class degree in biotechnology engineering from Institut Superieur de Technologie and her Masters in Marketing Management from the European Management School.
Passionate about innovation and known for her strategic mindset, her leadership philosophy is inspired by the critical need to cultivate highly engaged teams that collaborate to exceed customers’ expectations. “For me leadership is about developing talent to fulfil their potential which is excited by a common mission,” says Astrid.
“Our innovation comes from identifying or anticipating an unmet need, which starts with listening to our customers,” explains Astrid. “We are curious and continuously challenging ourselves how things can be improved. That inspiration can be drawn from other fields and benchmarking against what already exists.”
“I am excited about our product portfolio,” says Astrid. “Our products and services demonstrate how we find solutions to ensure patients enjoy better healthcare as clinicians wanted to have a better experience targeting anatomy. I’m looking forward to meeting our customers and learning how we can provide the best customer experience.”
