Boston Scientific joined a select group of companies, considered by LinkedIn to be Ireland’s best employers on their 2022 Top Companies List. Ranked 17th on the short list of 25 companies, the list seeks to recognise companies that are investing in their people and helping employees build careers for long-term success.
Compiled by LinkedIn annually, the list is based on data from their platform and seeks to rank the best places to work in Ireland, and in 34 other countries around the world. According to the company, “It's a resource for jobseekers and career builders to explore open jobs, enhance their skills, identify companies that invest in their talents and offer opportunities, and more.”

Boston Scientific first established a footprint in Ireland over 25 years ago with its first plant in Galway in 1994. Today, the company employs over 6,500 people, making it the largest life sciences employer in the country. With facilities at Galway, Cork and Clonmel, it exports over four million medical devices to the European market and further afield.
